I noticed last weekend that the parking lot at the local KFC has been rather deserted as of late...
...a closer look reveals that except for the large KFC logos on the outside of the building, most of the exterior signage has been removed, including the drive-through menu. And this sign has been affixed to the front door...
...and while I was there taking the photos, two other cars drove into the lot, the occupants of each geting out, walking up to the door and finding out there will be no Original Recipe OR Extra Crispy for dinner this evening. With looks of confusion and disbelief, they looked for a moment at the sign, mumbled to themselves, then got back in their vehicles and drove off, presumably in search of sustenance elsewhere.
